Dr. Thomas Kennedy

Dr Thomas is a native of East Limerick and studied Medicine at University College Cork. He graduated in 2007. He completed the Surgical Training Scheme and is very experienced in Orthopaedic Medicine. He completed the South Western GP Training Scheme in 2017. He is also a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the Irish College of General Practitioners. He commenced work in Old Windmill Medical Centre in November 2017. He subsequently became a partner in 2019. He has a keen interest in Musculoskeletal Medicine, Sports Medicine, Occupational Health and Medical Education. He is a an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in Clinical Skills at the University of Limerick School of Medicine and is a GP Clinical Tutor. He is kept busy outside of work with two small children. He is a big rugby and NFL fan.
Dr. Ruth Moloney

Dr Ruth is a native of West Limerick and studied Medicine at University College Cork. She graduated in 2005 and has 17 years experience as a doctor. She has trained in various specialities (Medicine for the Elderly, Accident and Emergency, Haematology, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Neonatal Medicine and Psychiatry) across the main hospitals in Limerick; University Hospital Limerick, St Johns Hospital and the University Maternity Hospital. She completed the Mid Western GP Training Scheme in 2011. She is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners and is on the Specialist Register for GP with the Irish Medical Council. Dr Ruth has a keen interest in Women’s Health, Family Planning and Fertility, Paediatrics and Medicine for the Elderly. She also is an Adjunct Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Limerick School of Medicine for 11 years and has a passion for teaching medical students. Dr Ruth is kept very busy with her two young children when she is not working and has a keen interest in Limerick history.
Dr Patrick Kelly
MB BAO BCH MICGP
Dr Patrick is a native of Mayo and studied Medicine at University College Galway. He established his Practice in Limerick City in the 1970s and provided exceptional care to his patients for nearly 50 years. He was the Medical Officer in Limerick Prison for many years. He also pioneered the provision of Palliative Care in Milford Hospice. He retired in March 2021.
Nurse Meaghan Collins
Nurse Meaghan is a native of Limerick City and completed her Nursing degree in the University of Limerick. She then proceeded to work in University Hospital Limerick for 3 years. She has been working as a Practice Nurse since 2020. She is a qualified Cervical Check smear taker and has completed a Diabetes Management course in University College Cork. She runs our Childhood Vaccination Programme and Chronic Disease Management Programme.
